Order Administrator

We are currently recruiting for our market leading client based in Marlow, they are looking for an experienced Order Administrator to come on board and join their fun and friendly team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the care of orders / forecast management, you will also communicate and act with customers and internal interfaces to ensure that the company meets client's expectations in full.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Receiving and entering of orders in SAP

  • Checking product availability

  • Coordination with Material Planning

  • Checking of sales prices

  • Order tracking

  • Forecast and Stock Management to ensure proper raw material planning and to optimise production capacities

  • Complaint Management



Key Skills Required:



  • Previous experience within order administration

  • Good Microsoft Excel skills (v-lookup and pivot tables)

  • Ability to analyse data and forecast

  • Ability to multitask

  • Be creative and think outside the box
