Sales Specialist - Leading Speciality Chemicals


I'm currently working with one of Europe's leaders within Specialty Chemicals that has a strong foothold within the Agrochemicals sector.

With between 600-700 employees, and a turnover that is up to 280 Millions a years, you would have a chance to be part of one of the fastest multinational agrochemical.


This opportunity would gives you the unique chance to develop your customer relationship, dealing with one of the strongest companies across Europe.

It is an opportunity to earn a strong basis salary while you would be leaving in Italy where the cost of living is very low.

This is a highly dynamic role where you will be responsible for the following key areas:


Guided by their Head of Sales and/or assigned Senior Sales Manager, the role holder develops an overall strategy and targets for their sales responsibility in alignment with the Sale's strategy and details individual strategies and targets for their assigned customers and countries/regions, typically in Productivity applications for



, Small customers not covered by Distribution and/or
, Local customers defined less strategic for Borealis and/or
, Transactional customers not requiring long term contracts nor extensive service and / or
, Customers focusing on one application only on limited geographical area


With guidance from their Head of Sales and/or assigned Senior Sales Manager, the role holder grows PO volumes and margins and optimises the customer grade mix, managing a range of commercial activities



, Sales forecasting and planning
, Customer plans and action tracking
, Customer acquisition; managing customer relationships, leading customer negotiations
, Sales execution
, Management of price and commercial conditions


Profile :


- Italian and Profesionnal English


- Minimum 5 years of experiences within the plastic chemical industry as a sales person


Location : Home Office, travel once per week in Monza and time to time to Benelux and Germany
