Excursion Travel Administrator

This role will be working within a team of 6 staff handling providing administrative support.

The Travel Administration Assistant will be required to work within a team environment, but also have the ability to work on their own initiative.

This new role would suit a friendly and motivated candidate with excellent organisational skills.

A strong interest in travel and/or previous experience studying Travel and Tourism would also be an advantage.

The successful candidate MUST BE A CAR OWNER.

Job Description:
, Provide administrative support in the construction and implementation of resort excursion programmes
, Building online templates for ports ready for checking.
, Process all pre-reg forms/emails for all ships.
, Providing an excellent customer service and liaising with customers via live webchat.
, Ad hoc general administrations
, Responding to all guest pre-travel correspondence by email/post/phone.

Person Specification:
, MUST BE A CAR OWNER
, Previous experience studying Travel and Tourism would also be an advantage
, Passion and interest for travel

Working Hours:
, Monday - Friday; 9am - 5.30pm

Salary:
, My client are offing a starting salary of £17k - £18k DOE
