Overall Responsibility:

Report to the Managing Director and CEO.

Be accountable for Sales within the company.

 

Specific Role Responsibility:

 

Main Duties

·         Actively target new business.

·         Provide effective communication and relationship with existing and potential customers.

·         Preparation of quotations and tenders

·         Completion of accurate weekly sales activity reports

 

 

Customer Focus

·         Develop relationships at a variety of levels within prospect customer organizations to realize revenue opportunities

·         Establish financial implications of customer issues and delivers an appropriate solution to meet those customer requirements

·         Keep continues customer centric awareness and outlook – a consultative sales approach that enables all sales opportunities to be identified and realized  

 

Performance

·         Create and deliver engaging and enthusiastic presentations in a credible manner

·          Consistently achieve the agreed targets and new business objectives.

·         Manage the new business sales pipeline effectively to deliver new business sales growth

·         Deliver against a personal contact and call strategy that delivers new business sales growth 

·         Develop and implement new effective strategy to reach clients to deliver new business sales growth

 

Expertise

·         Negotiate a successful outcome with customers

·         Monitor competitor and market place activity to deliver the appropriate solution and drive new business sales

·         Demonstrate commercial focus and financial awareness when developing new business opportunities
