Business Travel Team Leader

Business Travel Team leader required for this well-established Travel Management Company.

Working in their London offices, motivating and developing results within a team of Business travel consultants.
The Job:
, Keeping track of targets
, Keep on top of the debtors, assist team members with collection issues
, Hiring staff and new team member training
, Training and development of team members.

Monitoring performance and review of performance
, Holding a daily structured morning hangout
, In charge of holiday requests
, Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems
, Oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
, Being a point of escalation for client issues, concerns and handling customer complaints
, Communicates management strategy, deadlines and goals to team members
Skills Required:
, Previous Business Travel working experience
, Excellent fares knowledge of both nett and published airfares
, Exceptional worldwide flights knowledge coupled with good selling skills to handle new airfare contracts etc.
, Working knowledge of a GDS system (Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus)
, A fast and flexible working attitude
, Experience in managing and leading teams
