Job Role: Resident Liaison officer
Hours: 35 hours/week
Location: London, Clerkenwell.
Salary: 22k per annum + fuel allowance + benefits
Contract Duration: Permanent

My client is one of the largest housing associations in southern England and has a well-established reputation as a successful business with social objectives.



Role Profile -
As a Resident Liaison Officer in our Planned Investment Team, you will be able to provide a high level of customer service with excellent communication skills.

You will be responsible for liaising with our customers in their homes about all aspects of the works, including customer choices and discussing specific requirements to assist the delivery.

You will continue to be the first point of contact throughout the journey of the delivery of the work ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained.

You are responsible in ensuring that our Contractor Partner is working to our Customer Service Standards, respecting our customers' homes and meeting all the requirements.

You will work alongside our Contractor Partner to facilitate access and maintain and monitor all appointments, keeping accurate records of communication and contact with our customers.

Ensuring that the works are delivered within the agreed timescales.

You will assist in ensuring that our internal customers are kept informed on progress of the works.

You will be the key person representing the interest of our customers at contractor progress meetings and resident meetings.
Customer satisfaction is key to the success of a project, so you will be expected to carry out customer satisfaction surveys and compile and evaluate the responses for KPI monitoring.

You may not have previous experience in all the areas in the role profile, but show us your enthusiasm, commitment and other transferable skills you feel would be adaptable for this position.
