Recruitment Resourcer / Account Manager

Corus Consultancy are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer / Account Manager to join our team in Lewisham South London.

What you will do

Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the successful candidate will work alongside other Resource Consultants and account managers supplying qualified candidates for various clients.

This is a fast paced job in a target driven environment.

The resource / account manager's role is to ensure the recruitment process runs quickly and smoothly and that temporary and permanent positions are filled.

The ideal candidate will have a recent background in recruitment and/or sales in a target driven environment.

You will perform the following tasks;

  • Understanding the job requirements for Industrial and HGV

  • Writing job advertisements which attract suitable candidates.

  • Support in organising and facilitating recruitment Selection Days, Interviews, Company 'Meet and Greet' Days and Open Days.

  • Matching candidate CV's to job requirements

  • Candidate interviewing and registrations

  • Ensuring all candidates have the right to work and the correct qualifications

  • Accurately adding details to a database

  • Building an extensive pipeline of candidates for various job types

  • Advising clients of candidates availability

  • Managing a work rota for the workers

What we require from you

  • You will have at least 2 years recruitment experience working in a fast paced environment.

  • An ability to plan resourcing activities using own initiative.

  • Good written and verbal communications skills

  • Excellent time management skills

The hours are 08:30 - 17:30hrs with some out of hours working required
