Help Desk (Tier I)

We are seeking a Help Desk (Tier I) to join a well-known client headquartered in Houston immediately!

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Working with users to provide support for all hardware and software related issues including identifying, researching and resolving technical problems

  • Entering all calls into Help Desk ticketing system, and updating tickets according to organizational guidelines

  • Adhering to all escalation procedures to ensure all problems are resolved in a timely manner and with the highest level of customer service

Here's what our ideal candidate has:

  • Outstanding customer service oriented attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team

  • Experience and knowledge in working with MS Office 2010 suite, Adobe products, Active Directory administration

  • The ability to stoop, squat, and reach above shoulder level to install technology equipment

  • The ability to push and pull, as well as the ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds

  • Excellent dynamic verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Must have the ability to recognize problem areas, define solutions, and implement those solutions in a timely manner
