Sunderland Council are looking to recruit Call Handler's to work within their integrated Health and Social Care Single Point of Contact.

As a Call Handler, you will be a key point of contact for professionals and patients.

You will collect and record information, identify people in need of an immediate response, direct callers to clinical colleagues for further assessment or direct callers to social care colleagues to find an intermediate care solution.

Hours of work will be 8:45pm till 7:30am on a rota pattern of 4 shifts on then 4 shifts off, which will include weekends.
