The Role:
The role of a Business Development Manager requires the ability to drive new business revenues by prospecting and pitching new clients.

You will proactively develop new relationships by demonstrating an excellent understanding of the Service offering and explaining the return to the client.

Selling the innovative Medical Devices, you will have an unrivalled portfolio to dive into, ensuring every client need is covered.

In this thriving market, you are not limited in who you can approach, and as such you will be speaking to companies within the healthcare space.

Communicating both by phone and face to face you will be an effective communicator with a wide range of decision makers.

The Candidate:
You should be a highly motivated, ambitious individual with a proven track record in a field based role, selling Medical Devices.

You will be passionate about learning and developing your understanding of new products.

With a driven attitude, you will be determined to achieve and exceed your targets in order to progress rapidly into a senior role.

The Package:
As a Business Development Manager you will receive a basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience.

With an excellent commission structure in place your OTE rises to £50,000, with the ability to earn more.

As you will be travelling to meet with clients, you will also be given a company car.
