The Role:
Outbound Sales Advisor



* Supporting ASM's by raising quotes, booking appointments, arranging samples, credit application requests, raising events, and any other reasonable request they may have.


* Cold calling potential new customers (using insight database or other means) identifying new business opportunities.

Range extending into existing customers using gap analysis by brand and by product groups.


* Monthly order capture calls to generate top up orders and identify possible sales churn.


* Monthly retention calls prioritizing zero spend accounts and customers with significant drop off, updating the ASM to action.


* As the Outbound Sales Advisor you will be updating salesforce.com, following all call activity with particular attention to customer data capture log.
