Legal Secretary Needed

My Client is a very well-established law firm based in the Central Ipswich area who are looking to take on a new Legal Secretary to work within a Property Department.


This role is open to all experienced legal secretaries from varied backgrounds.


General Duties


Providing timely and effective support to requests for assistance from member of the team.


Managing file openings, closure and archiving.


Managing diaries for team members, assisting in organising meetings etc.


Attending to clients face to face and via telephone ¿ taking messages.


Photocopying, faxing, printing and general administration duties.



The Ideal Candidates


Must be able to deal with a fast-paced office, which will be demanding and varied.


Fast and accurate keyboard skills.


Confident with IT systems.


Ability to work to a high-volume environment.


Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, initiative and self confidence.
