Assistant PA required for well-established company
Varied office-based role providing administrative, secretarial, and PA assistance to member of the leadership Team.
12-month fixed term contract.
Salary: £24950 per annum pro rata as this is a 12-month fixed term plus bonus plus benefits.
Hours: Full time Mon-Friday
Skills & experience: Office administrative and secretarial skills required.
High level of confidentiality required.
Proven ability and professional outlook with confidence and communication skills to work alongside and support Senior Executives
Qualifications: Minimum 5 GCSEs at grade B or above or equivalent including Maths and English
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
- Providing a professional PA service to the Company Secretary / Sales & Marketing Director / Finance Director / Operations Director as and when required, to include, typing of letters, scheduling meetings, arranging travel and accommodation as required, filing of paperwork (paper and electronic).
- Supporting the Facilities Administrator by opening, scanning and franking incoming and outgoing post as and when required.
- Supporting the PA to CEO by providing a professional PA service to the CEO and being the point of contact for Deceased Estates, Bankruptcies, Power of Attorney and Nominations as and when required.
- Providing leave and absence cover for the PA to the CEO.
- Copying, scanning and filing of confidential paperwork as directed by the Head of Employee Services.
- In the absence of the Facilities Administrator providing a point of contact for facilities for all internal and external customers/contractors.
- Supporting the Head of Employee Services in relation to arrangements for meetings and visits including preparing meeting rooms, providing refreshments, washing up etc
