Residential Service Manager - Learning Disability

A brand-new position has arisen for a Registered Manager or experienced Deputy Manager to a 6-bedded residential service as the Residential Service Manager.


As the Residential Service Manager, you will be joining a specialist residential care home which support adults with Autism, learning disabilities and challenging behaviour.

The care home is a specially adapted service for Autism, with a sensory room.


You'll be joining a national organisation that delivers effective person-centred care to individuals with learning disabilities, complex need, Autism and challenging behaviour.

In this role, you'll have on-going development and career progression opportunities.

As Residential Service Manager, you'll be managing one supported living service for adults with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, as well as encouraging the service users to be independent in their daily lives and inspire relationships within the community.

This is a fantastic opportunity for you to join a national organisation, in which you'll coach and develop your staff team with a person-centred focus.


Requirements of you as the Residential Service Manager:



  • QCF Level 5 in Health & Social Care (Adults) or equivalent qualification

  • Full UK Driving Licence

  • Experience working in a Social Care Management setting

  • Strong CQC knowledge



Location: Sutton, Surrey


Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
