HR Manager - £45k - Maternity Leave Cover (18 Months)


The Company


I am looking for the ideal candidate to fill this HR Manager opportunity on a full-time contract basis.

This role is working within a well-known retail organisation based in Central London.

This person needs to be available immediately and have good GDPR knowledge.



Location - Central London


Pay - £45,000pa (18 Month Contract)



The Role


The initial part of this role will be a GDPR project.

After this it will be covering a maternity leave for the HR Manager, this is a generalist position.

The role will also include the following;



  • Building a strong business relationship with the internal client

  • Design development and succession plans for key talents and key job positions

  • Managing complex and difficult HR Projects

  • Applying your generalist HR knowledge to solve issues

  • Update and project lead GPDR project.


What we are looking for


The ideal candidate will have fantastic person and communication skills, they will need to be confident and be able to use their own initiative.

It would also be great if you had the following experience;



  • Have business partnered for an international business in the past

  • Have great employment law knowledge

  • A driven personality who can manage own work load

  • Is a HR Generalist with over 5 years' experience

  • Have extensive GDPR knowledge
