Resettlement Worker

Role - To work as a part of a team providing resettlement services to female offenders in prison.

You will be working with women in one-to-one and group settings, providing interventions and post-release assistance.

In the role you will be completing Resettlement Plans and Reviews, as well as coordinating pre-release mandated services through making referrals to partnership agencies.

You will be liaising with Offender Managers and may also be required to work with Key Workers.


N.B.

You will be expected to conduct face-to-face assessments and manage your own caseload in this role..
Location - South London

Hours - 9am-5pm; Monday to Friday

Pay Rate - £22,039 + London Weighting Allowance
Annual Leave - 27 days annual leave + bank holidays

Start Date - 1st April

Candidate Specification - To succeed in this role you must have experience of working with offenders or have experience of working in a Criminal Justice setting.

You must also have experience of working with OASys and Delius (or another contact management system).

This role requires full vetting, those with Prison clearance are highly desirable, but this is not essential.

Due to the nature of this role, a clean Enhanced DBS check will be required.
