Client Profile:

Our client is a leading supplier within the educational sector with International operations across Europe.

Due to expansion they are currently looking for an Italian Speaking Customer Service professional for their head office in Harlow, Essex.

Key Purpose:

The primary job duty of the Italian Speaking Customer Service professional is to work closely with customers and provide Service for the Italian market.

Main Duties:

Processing orders
Responding to any enquiries, complaints or online reviews
Booking, tracking and resolving any delivery issues
Communicate with internal departments
Assisting with any translation work where required for the company website
Keeping the CRM system up to date

Personal Specification:

The successful candidate for the Italian Speaking Customer Service professional position will have the following competences:

Outstanding customer service experience
A “can do” attitude and problem solving skills.
Attention to detail, able to work on a case from start to finish.
A good telephone manner.
Ability to work both in a team and alone.

Essential:

Previous Customer Service experience or a keen interest in providing great customer service.
Fluent in Italian and English both written and oral
Ability to work a high standard
