About the Role

A permanent full time opportunity has become available for a suitably qualified and experienced Administrator to join this fast paced, exciting organisation and make a genuine contribution to the team! This is a permanent fulltime opportunity.


The core duties of this role will be:

  • Cost and process deals daily

  • VicRoads online: register and transfer vehicles

  • Issuing purchase orders

  • Liaising with customers and suppliers

  • Manual claims

  • Ensure compliance requirements are met

  • General ledger reconciliations

  • Assisting the accountants when required

  • Assist with Reception: answering phones and back up reception duties when required

Skills and Experience

  • Proven Administrative experience preferably in the Automotive industry

  • Exceptional customer service and telephone manner

  • Accurate data entry skills

  • Intermediate knowledge of MSOffice Suite

  • Basic understanding of Accounting practices

  • Hold a current Full Drivers Licence
