Client Profile:
Origin Multilingual is proud to announce, we are searching for a Payroll Data Administrator to join a multi-sector, serviced business.

This opportunity is offered on a full time and permanent basis. Our client is a leading global outsourcer within a multi sector capacity and is in partnership with a Public Services Provider.

Key Purpose:

The Payroll Data Administrator will be responsible for offering payroll administration support to the payroll delivery team.


Main Duties:

- Maintains controls and updates Payroll Administration data in the payroll system
- Supporting the payroll delivery team
- Manage email inbox
- Process payroll related data e.g.

earning enquiry form, 
- Organise and maintain general administration
- Online Payslip support



- Good communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office (especially excel)
- Interest in payroll and / or administrative support
- Ability to work to strict deadlines
- Must be highly motivated
