Business Development Director - KPO

An internationally renowned innovative award winning leader in KPO (Knowledge Process Outsourcing) and procurement services to large corporate companies / FTSE 500 organisations is looking to add 2x senior BDM's to their team based on their continued success and subsequent growth for the EMEA region with 1 targeting the professional services market and the other targeting the UK business services market place

The Role:
As a business development manager you will be focused on developing new business selling a range of services that are based around KPO such as supplier market analysis, market and supplier intelligence, cost estimation, strategic sourcing and procurement analytics to large corporate entities across your assigned vertical in the UK.

Additionally, you will also be responsible for the ongoing development on your account base as well as ensuring smooth deliver from the services team which is based both on and off shore.


The Candidate:
You will be a highly successful business development manager that can demonstrate a solid track record of achievement within the KPO / procurement space.

You will be analytical and technically competent in order to build credibility with your client base and gain trusted adviser status as well as being able to both develop new business and also drive revenue growth from within your account base.

You will also need to be someone that is capable and has worked in an entrepreneurial environment previously as opposed to selling on the back of a large brand.

The Package:
On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £80,000-£100,000 depending on experience, pension, health, with an uncapped commission plan tiered based on the length of the conrtact.
