Employee Responsibilities:





  • Experience developing, troubleshooting, and performing immunology based assays to support vaccine clinical trials in a regulated clinical laboratory environment

  • Experience with immunology assays such as ELISA, AlphaLISA, multiplexed ligand binding assays (LBA) on MSD and/or Luminex platforms

  • Supporting clinical assay development, optimization and validation, clinical sample management and processing (swabs, biopsies, stool), and clinical assay testing.

  • Experience working in a regulated environment and with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) as it applies to regulated bioanalysis

  • A willingness to explore and learn new assay techniques as needed

  • Experience with high-throughput testing platforms and automation is desired

  • General laboratory upkeep, maintenance, and ordering of supplies

  • Prepare detailed technical reports, SOPs, internal presentations, and documents to support regulatory filings

  • Computer skills including use of data fitting software and electronic laboratory notebooks, are desired

  • The position requires work with infectious agents and/or pathogens.






The Ideal Candidate would possess:





  • Expertise in immunology based techniques, particularly multiplex ELISAs in the Luminex platform.

  • Strong data analysis skills are required, particularly with molecular assay data

  • Experience running qualified / validated assays, and working in a regulated environment

  • Excellent communication skills- with oral and written

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies (GMP knowledge a plus)

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude


Minimum Qualifications:





  • Degree in biological sciences (biology, biotechnology, cell biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, etc.).

    MS with 1-2 years, or BS with 3+ years of industry experience required.

  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
