Salary: £40-50,000 - OTE £70,000

The Role
As the Head of Sales Operations, you will just make things work.

You will be an expert in cross selling and will be responsible for driving sales and optimising cross sell performance within the Citation group.

We've a huge opportunity amongst our existing happy client base, we know that when they buy more, they like us even more and stay with us longer - we've barely scratched the surface yet and that's where you come in.


You will proactively identify efficiencies and opportunities to maximise sales across the group and find ways to increase the number of shared customers and spend across our business portfolio.

Ultimately, your job is to increase sales productivity by simplifying processes and implementing new ways of working to help us achieve our ambitious targets and support our clients to be the best businesses they can be.

About you…
You have a key understanding of sales and how sales processes work.

You enjoy working with complex data and turning this into meaningful insights to provide strategic recommendations and suggest improvements.


You are a data-oriented, highly organised leader, who is passionate about supporting the sales growth and performance.

You enjoy dynamic, fast-moving environments, where you are able to take ownership and align yourself with business goals.

A natural influencer you are able to take your knowledge and insight and help deploy this in practical day to day initiatives.
