Are you looking to utilise your skills in a new and exciting role within a large public sector organisation? As our client’s preferred supplier, we have a great opportunity for an experienced administrator to work within a friendly environment providing comprehensive support to the Project Manager.

In the role of Administrator you will be: 

  • Main point of contact for the team in terms of administration support
  • Preparing referral paperwork and other documentation 
  • Inputting data and maintaining the database
  • Attending and coordinating meetings and taking the minutes for these meetings 
  • Carrying out a range of clerical tasks including typing, filing, photocopying and scanning

To be considered for the Administrator Job you must have:

  • Strong administration experience including minute taking and data handling
  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office including Excel, Powerpoint and Word etc.
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information and work to deadlines

This is a full time position (37 hours per week) based in Conwy for a temporary period of 12 weeks.

The hourly rate is £8.58 per hour plus any accrued holiday time whilst on the assignment.
