Registered Manager

An Independent Fostering Agency in Devon are looking for a Registered Manager to join their team.

This role is a permanent position, full-time, home based role.

This agency is striving to be "Outstanding" rated by Ofsted.


The ideal Registered Manager will have significant fostering experience ideally with an independent fostering agency and management experience.

This is a well thought of team and would be an exciting time to join to make a positive and lasting difference.

Your responsibilities as the Registered Manager:



  • Quality Assurance & Service Improvement

  • Contribution to staff Training and Development

  • Support all Members of the Team

  • Manage, monitor and ensure the effective delivery of the service

  • Business Development



Duties and Responsibilities for the Registered Manager:



  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)

  • A valid HCPC registration

  • Significant Fostering experience

  • Management experience

  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence

  • An excellent knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care and Fostering



Location: Devon


Salary: Up to £50,000 plus Car Allowance/Company Car
