Bid Management & Marketing Executive

Bid Management & Marketing Executive required for a company that specialise in global relocation and moving services.

As a Bid Management & Marketing Executive you will be the initial contact for all visitors and callers ensuring that all telephone calls are answered promptly.

You will support the Bid management and Marketing team. 

Main Responsibilities

Bid Support:


  • Update content library with new collateral
  • Ensure content library is up to date following business changes and expiry dates
  • Assist with responding to RFPs and presentations
  • Develop first drafts of PQQs, RFIs and technical questionnaires 
  • Proof read customer facing material to ensure grammatical and content accuracy of content
  • Format proposals and presentations
  • Assist with the creation of adhoc proposal documents

Marketing: Branding


  • Carry out desk-based research projects as required 
  • Collating gift packs and seasonal gifts for clients and prospects
  • Maintain stock levels of promotional merchandise
  • Maintain image library

Marketing: Internal Communications


  • Assist with creating the monthly Company Meeting pack
  • Assist with presentation for TV monitors around the office
  • Assist with gathering company news, for example new business wins

Marketing: Corporate Events 



  • Assist in the planning and execution of events including conferences, award dinners, roundtables and seminars


Reception:


  • Greet visitors in a presentable, friendly and professional manner
  • Announce and filter calls as required
  • Take accurate written messages and pass to relevant person
  • Ordering stationary
  • Forwarding of external faxes
  • Distribution of external e-mails
  • Ordering of courier packs
  • Management of the post

Other:


  • Communicate with sales, pricing, legal, operations and other subject matter experts 
  • Other tasks as directed in support of department and company targets

Key Skills:


  • Fluent English
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required to deal with all internal and external relocation-related personnel
  • Possesses the highest levels of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to work effectively with others through collaboration toward a common goal
  • Teamwork and interpersonal skills required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required
