HR Onboarding Specialist

Our client based in the city centre are looking to hire an HR Onboarding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full workflow process of candidates from offer to onboarding

  • Adhere to Hiring Coordination operating procedures, ensuring compliant and timely onboarding of new hires

  • Importing candidate profile information into internal systems

  • Maintain candidate updates within the database

  • Initiate and track the status of Background and reference checks.

  • Follow-up with candidates as necessary to ensure timely completion of documentation

  • Initiate any Visa Forms, as applicable

  • Initiate Relocation process, as applicable

  • Send required documents to new hires, uploading them to internal systems

  • Complete Hire within the internal system

  • Track Onboarding tasks for all candidates

  • Follow-up with candidates as necessary to ensure completion of tasks in a timely manner

  • Maintain accurate start dates for candidates.

  • Provide continuous updates to appropriate stakeholders of any changes in start dates

  • Maintain detailed documentation of nuances for candidates throughout the onboarding workflow

  • Raise any issues/concerns to Hiring Coordinator lead Serve as point of contact for new hire questions prior to the start date

Key requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in HR with exposure to onboarding process

  • Professional Membership (CIPD) or working towards achieving the same

  • Strong Attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment

  • Excellent Communication skills
