Business Development Manager


Stream are working with a leading MSP, well, they're not just a leading MSP but they're also an Azure CSP, so they know a thing or two.

Their 24x7x365 Service Desk, Managed Cloud Services and Strategic Consultancy utilises the leading qualities of Azure, and it has in turn enabled them to deliver and support to a large array of organisations throughout the past 10 years.

They're looking for a hunter, someone is self-motivated and can go out and generate them some new revenue.

After a period in which they've consistently seen 30-40% growth to their company, they're hungry to grow more as well as keen to retain this amount of growth as a minimum.

You will have sales targets and account objectives to achieve, and there will be incentives to achieve them.

You must develop, secure and nurture these accounts for an agreed period whilst building this relationship.


  • Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas and trends.

  • Establishing productive relationships with key members of accounts.

  • Meeting with clients face to face or via videos.

  • Encouraging recurring sales growth.

  • Primary point of contact between clients and your employer.

  • Thinking strategically to see the bigger picture.

    Set aims and objectives to develop the business.

  • Hit targets!

  • Keeping up to date with competitors and their offerings to see how they impact your company's offers.


  • Proven experience in B2B sector, as a BDM, demonstrating the ability to manage this at a corporate level.

  • Experience of selling/or a minimum of being familiar with cloud tech, specifically Azure.

  • Experience liaising with Senior Level staff (up to C-Level) with clients.

  • Self-starter, with the confidence & initiative to start from scratch.

  • Track record of tech solutions sales across enterprise.

  • Excellent telephone manner for making initial contact and any communication thereafter, as well as excellent written and verbal skills.

  • An ability to understand value of a product and demonstrate this to clients.

  • Developing knowledge levels around industry.
