This is a position that can offer an administrator to join a multi-million business with over 50 year's experience within the modular fabrication industry that provide ongoing training and development with permanent opportunities

Administrator duties to include:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

  • Processing incoming and outgoing calls

  • Assisting the Factory Manager, as directed in order to full fill to objectives of the department.

  • Assist the HR Manager and Health & Safety Officer

  • Answering phones and dealing with queries efficiently

  • Dealing with times sheets on a weekly basis and meeting deadlines

  • Faxing, photocopying and filing as required

Administrator Skills:

  • Experience within a Reception position is preferred

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Excellent attention to detail and administration focused

  • Well organised and hard working

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Previous experience in an engineering/manufacturing business would be beneficial, however not essential.

On offer is a very competitive salary on days (8am-5pm Monday to Thursdays and 8am-2pm Friday) with permanent opportunities.
