Area Sales Manager

As a rapidly expanding West Midlands based soft drinks company, Our client is looking for a high calibre, energetic individual who will share their enthusiasm for delivering operational excellence as a valued member of a small, successful team.

You will be an experienced sales professional with a track record of new business generation and portfolio management.

You will be a determined, likeable, lateral thinker with a strong work ethic and the ability to balance targets with service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:


  • You will be accountable for meeting objectives based on sourcing new business
  • Client retention
  • Increasing existing clients’ portfolios of our products. 

This will involve travelling across the West Midlands area and, at times, working flexible hours.

A clean driving licence and the use of your own car are essential.

Key Skills & Experience:

Our client is looking for:


  • a proven track record of consistent target achievement in a field-based sales role
  • a strong track record in business to business selling
  • ownership of the sales process from start to finish (from prospecting through to installation/aftercare)
  • excellent planning and organisational skills
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • a committed team player comfortable with working independently
  • ideally experience in hospitality/licensing trade.
