Second Cook

As a Second Cook, you will be responsible for assisting with checking and compiling the menus and assign duties to the other professionals working in the galley.

You will report directly to the Catering Manager and will be responsible for the following tasks and activities:

Tasks

, Handle and direct the daily tasks of the bakery.
, Direct employees in accordance with company policy
, Compile and schedule menus and food service functions
, Being responsible for maintaining cleanliness and personal hygiene of catering personnel
, Assist with special tasks or projects as assigned by the Catering Manager

Requirements
, Experience working in an Offshore environment
, Experience as an actual Cook
, Good knowledge and communication in the English language
, Team-player
Required Certification
, BOSIET
, HUET
, Compressed Air - Emergency Breathing System (CA-EBS)
, Ship Security Awareness (SSA)
, Seaman's Discharge Book / Seaman's Pass
Expected Start: July 29th
Flights and Travel: Paid for by Client, travel days will be paid at 66% of daily rate
Please Note: You MUST have the immediate right to live and work on the European Union to be considered for this position.
