Minimum Bachelor's Degree in accounting and finance, business or in related fields.
Business analyst experience in a Finance/Asset leasing OR related environment such as Banking/Insurance.
Experience of working unsupervised in client facing roles, translating business requirements into high quality business specification and design documents.
Able to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
Flexible and able to cope with the demands of high-pressured implementations.
Experience in multi-culture environment in term of team, client and business domain.
Excellent communication skills.
Background or experience in Multi Finance/Auto Finance & Leasing sector of UK origin will be preferred.
Candidate must be possessing financial calculations & accounting knowledge.
Candidate must be able to travel to regional offices as when required based on the assignments in the countries like Thailand, Australia, USA, UK, Indonesia, China, Pakistan and other countries to support development team and for the Testing, Documentation, Delivery responsibility and Meetings/Workshops.
Major Tasks and Responsibilities (will be performing all or some of the following):
Working with new clients, on our Core product or supporting existing clients, you will be client focused, mainly involved in undertaking the following activities:
Process analysis and production of detailed requirement documentation suitable for internal use and/or client review and sign off.
This may include working intensively in face-to-face situations with clients.
Participate in conducting workshops, creating and reviewing of artefacts like RS, FS, design, user documentation, UAT etc.
Assisting with the planning and execution of test plans for functional areas including but not limited to calculations, accounting & business process testing, including the raising of fault logs.
Production of high quality training materials & delivery of training on client site or at their offices
Providing support to the Sales and Marketing team, providing assistance at Sales demonstrations and pre-sales workshops.
Business Analysts are required to follow laid down standards following existing policies and procedures.
All these activities require the analyst to have a good knowledge of our Lease & Asset Finance product, for which training will be given.
Act as a bridge between the client and development office team.
Assist client in reviewing change requests.
Conducting Presales activities including but not limited to configuring system, preparing scenario data to demonstrate the product capabilities to prospects, presentations, proof of concepts and relevant documentations.
