Trade Compliance Officer

Holt are looking to speak with experienced Project Managers.


The Project Manager will lead projects through Integrated Project Teams to successful delivery that is compliant with customer, contractual and legislative requirements.

The Project Manager will define, plan and coordinate activities and resources to deliver the projects on time, within budget and to quality.


Key Responsibilities for the Project Manager:



  • Lead and co-ordinate the project team

  • Plan, manage, monitor and report on multiple projects simultaneously in accordance with a Lifecycle management process

  • Have a high degree of financial acumen and regularly report metrics, including cash flow, earned value and cost to complete

  • Conduct effective risk and opportunity reviews and be pro-active in looking ahead to identify risks that may impact the project or can be mitigated

  • Facilitate problem solving and resolve conflicts within the team

  • Negotiate at all levels within the business as well as with customers, possessing a strong sense of commercial awareness


Key Requirements of the Project Manager:



  • Previous experience in project management in all phases of a project execution lifecycle, including business winning phases would be advantageous

  • Previous experience having worked in a “high-tech environment”

  • Experience of MS Project and SAP would be desirable

  • Degree qualified in Engineering, Science or Business related disciplines.
