French Customer Service QA in Dublin

Do you have experience working as a Quality Assurance specialist in Customer Service? If so, we are looking for a QA that can help service teams to meet and exceed their targets.
 
You will manage & prioritize the largest issues and report on them as well as auditing policies, procedures and standards.

Your role will see you investigate these processes

Your role will see you train and develop your staff so they can achieve and exceed their roles.
 
The Ideal candidate will possess;

- Fluency in French
- Experience managing a French Customer Service team
- Knowledge of metrics, KPI's & CSAT
- Manages investigations of escalations to understand the root cause
- Develops process documentation and aggregates feedback about the functionality of audit tools

The Ideal candidate will possess

- Fluent French
- 1+ year as a senior Agent, SME or QA Analyst
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (PivotTable, charts, statistical functions) required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint / Google Slides / Google sheets
- Experience in conducting agent training and delivering agent performance feedback
- Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to produce results
