HRIS Lead

Our client is seeking a talented, innovative, passionate HRIS Lead who will be critical in the implementation of a new HRIS across the growing Swedish organization, as well as the Group Innovation site located in Malmö.


This is a newly created position as they are growing and building talented and passionate HR Teams across markets and at Group level! This is your chance to visibly impact the companies growth and the development of a best in class HR organization.



Serve as the HRIS partner supporting HCM areas in Workdays, including Performance Management, Core Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Advanced Compensation, etc.


, Partner with the global Workday implementation as well as Local HR leaders to lead the development implementation of training for the region


, Manage tickets for the whole of the Nordics region


, Serve as a strong consultative partner to HR Business Partners and HR COEs in service delivery


, Work in order to meet expected business performance goals by providing full range of customer service


, Provide input to Workday Team Lead, Workday Team Members, and clients as appropriate


, Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training in order to improve policy and process acumen


, Centralize all requests from the Nordics as the main interlocutor to Group HRIS team


, Embed the new HRIS into HR operations for Verisure Innovation, with a specific focus on Compensation & Benefits



Requirments


, A minimum of 5 years of experience in dynamic and transforming environments.


, Experience with top-tier HR platforms required - Workday experience would be preferred - good command of cloud-based HR systems is a must.


, Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex, technical information to a lay audience in a simple, concise manner


, Experience liaising with internal stakeholders ideally as part of a global team, ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team, proven ability to lead through influence, and experience facilitating decision-making


, Open-minded, flexible and dynamic attitude towards work


, Fluent English, Swedish is a plus


, Global HR system implementation experience (nice to have)
