Part Time Administrator

We have an excellent opportunity for a Part Time Administrator to join a busy team on a temporary basis which could possibly transfer to a permanent role in time.

Our client is a not-for-profit organisation based in Stoke-on-Trent who specialise in fraud prevention.

As a Part Time Administrator, you will benefit from working in a fun and busy office environment, great working location and on-site parking.

Job Description:

As the Part Time Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving documents and applications

  • Checking and filing ID documents

  • Logging information onto Excel spreadsheets

  • Inputting data onto internal systems

  • Liaising with customers and third parties

  • Completing applications within designated timescales

  • Disposing of documents in line with data protection laws

  • Dealing with incoming inbox queries and phone calls from members of the public

  • All other duties related to the role of Part Time Administrator

Candidate Requirements:

To be successful in the role of Part Time Administrator you would need to display the following skills:

  • Previous administration experience

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Process driven

  • Confident in Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Word

  • Previous experience in a fraud or compliance role would be advantageous but not essential

Due to the nature of the organisation the successful applicant will be expected to undergo a basic DBS check and credit check (at the cost of the client).

Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am till 2:30pm

Salary: £8.79 - £9.34 per hour
