HR Administrator



Up to £25,000 + Excellent Benefits


Get Recruited is working with a well-established and expanding law firm who are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join their successful team.

As a HR Administrator you will be working directly alongside the HR Manager to assist in all day to day proactive and reactive elements of HR.


  • Provide administrative support to senior management and the HR Manager

  • Prepare and send offer letters and contracts

  • Conduct onboarding meetings with new starters

  • Administer and process all new starter paperwork and pre-employment checks

  • Manage the internal recruitment process

  • Update the HR system with employee records

  • Supporting the HR Team with taking inbound calls

  • Managing the HR inbox

  • Assisting with the administration of key HR processes

  • Minute taking at meetings

  • Accurately process new starters/leavers

  • Liaising with employees regarding payroll issues and amendments including sickness, maternity/paternity,


  • Previous experience within a self-sufficient HR role is essential

  • Experience in or strong knowledge or HR

  • Confident to manage a busy workload with minimal supervision
