Clinical Deputy Manager required for a refurbished Nursing Home, set in a beautiful location in Surrey.

The home benefits from a Good CQC rating and has a great reputation.


The Ideal Clinical Deputy Manager:



  • 2 years' experience within similar role

  • Passionate about providing care for the elderly and frail

  • Qualified RGN/RMN or equivalent management / clinical qualification

  • Ability to communicate effectively (Written and Verbal)

  • Reliable, Flexible, and Motivated


Responsibilities for Clinical Deputy Manager:



  • Providing clinical resource teaching and education to staff, as required

  • Maintaining Safeguarding and CQC standards

  • Implementing and up keeping of new procedures

  • Providing clinical guidance in the recruitment and appraisal processes

  • Assisting key staff and the manager to ensure the smooth running of the home including audits and risk assessments and reviewing outcomes

  • Ensuring all clinical records are kept in line with the company and legislative guidelines

  • Directing key staff to ensure thorough care plans are in place and monitored for each resident
