Sister / Charge Nurse Wards Kent up to £34-38k

The role

Working closely with the Director of Nursing and the Ward Manager you will optimise patient care, ensuring compliance with clinical governance and risk management.

You will also support management and take a key role in ensuring performance against business KPIs.

A strong leader you will be able to engage and motivate staff, fostering a great environment for patients and staff alike.

Skills, experience & qualifications

  • NMC registered Nurse

  • ENB 998 or willingness to achieve mentorship qualification

  • Additional nursing qualification desirable

  • Team management or supervision

  • Clinical governance keeping abreast of evolving legislation

  • Solid clinical background in a hospital ward setting
