Deputy Team Manager - Children In Need Team

One of London Borough Largest Local Authorities are looking for a Deputy Team Manager to help run the Children in Need Team for the office based in North West London.

You will be assisting the execution of all managerial functions.


This is a full-time, permanent position with great training and development opportunities.

Ideally, as the Deputy Team Manager, you will need to have Children in Need experience along with experience within Leadership and Management.

Your responsibilities as the Deputy Team Manager:



  • Ensure that all the Policies and Procedures are being followed

  • Oversee and quality assure of Children and Families Assessments

  • Assist Team Manager in supervising and supporting staff

  • Help develop skills, expertise and knowledge of practice issues



Requirements of you as the Deputy Team Manager:



  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/DipSW/CQSW)

  • A valid HCPC registration

  • Significant experience of working within Children in Need

  • Experience of working within Leadership and Management

  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence




Location: North West London


Salary: up to £44,000 + Market Supplement
