The Role:

I am currently recruiting for a qualified Occupational Health Advisor with mental health expertise to join a team based in Preston.



This a brand-new role with the remit of supporting the identification and management of mental health risks across our client's business.

You will also develop policy and strategy for managing complex occupational health cases within the client setting, and have the ability to deliver projects.



This is a full-time, 12-month fixed term position with the potential to be extended or possibly made permanent.

This role will be primarily based in Preston with regular travel to a second client site located 30 minutes' away.

You willdefine and implement a model for professional support of the Mental Health First Aiders and support the Client's Mental Health Working group.

The role will include complex case management, attendance, fitness for work, OH advice, undertaking fitness medicals and health surveillance.

You will be OH qualified - Diploma/Degree recorded on Part 3 of the NMC register and be qualified/have experience in mental health.
