We are looking for an experienced EMEA Recruiter to join the talented recruitment team at a Global Technology organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking recruiter to be part of an innovative recruitment function at the rapidly growing organisation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle for experienced roles across the EMEA region

  • Providing excellent and efficient candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process - from application to offer stage

  • Partner closely with business units to ensure sourcing and hiring strategies are aligned with people strategies.

  • Keeping up to date with market trends and remaining innovative in discovering new recruitment techniques

  • Partner with global stakeholders and to build relationships that will impact and improve the capability of recruitment at the organisation

  • Screen and select candidates effectively by assessing their technical/ business skills and ensuring they are in line with the organisation's values

We are looking for the following experience:

  • Minimum 5 years recruitment experience initially from agency background - later moving to In-house/Internal recruitment

  • Knowledge of recruitment across the EMEA region and experience of working in an international environment

  • Excellent knowledge of direct sourcing - Boolean, LI sourcing and CRM usage

  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates, hiring managers and organisational partners

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
