We are currently seeking a Parts Call Centre Operative to join a manufacturer owned Trade Centre in the Manchester area

Parts Call Centre Operative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for prospecting and generating new business and developing existing relationships

  • Satisfying existing client's vehicle parts requirements

  • Arranging appointments to visit prospective customers

  • Maintain and increase all part sales and be a driving force for the business.

Skills and Experience required as a Parts Call Centre Operative:

  • Experience in the Motor Retail Parts Sector

  • You will be a well organised, self-motivated individual capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines to maintain our high levels of customer care and satisfaction.

  • Huge emphasis will be placed on maintaining and building relationships between our dealerships and our customers.
