The Company


A well respected and established company, specializing in Healthcare, Fire Alarms, and Custodial Alarms, offering Design, Manufacture, Service & maintenance, Installation, and Project management services, are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team.

In this role you will take ownership of projects as a whole to enable the project to be delivered safely, on time, to an agreed budget and to a standard commensurate with both our objectives and the client's expectations.

  • Salary: £30,000 - £36,000

Key duties:



  • Evaluate and understand scope and responsibilities of projects.

  • Develop a plan identifying procedures to achieve the project objectives.

  • Setup the project, negotiating with appropriate teams including subcontractors ensuring all interested parties are aware and clear about their requirements and have allowed for everything required to achieve a successful project.

  • Be the primary point of contact for the client and communicate with all the project stakeholders, thus ensuring all interested parties are aware of progress and objectives are being fulfilled.

  • Manage the site related Health & Safety including audits and reviews.

  • Regularly review the project to ensure it is being delivered safely, on time, within budget, to the right quality and compliant with standards and specifications.

  • Manage changes and project issues / risks effectively.

  • Attend site to effectively manage teams and communicate face to face with clients, including attending site meetings as appropriate.

  • Ensure the project is clearly documented through all stages and ensure that we have fulfilled our requirements for a successful handover of the project.

  • Finalise contracts for handover, agree final accounts and final payments including retentions where appropriate.


Person Specification



  • Health & Safety (CSCS)

  • Electrical Qualification.

  • SMSTS

  • Project Management Qualification

  • Contractual Qualification.

  • CAD understanding

  • Previous site management experience.

  • Experience of managing installation of electrical products within the construction industry.

  • Knowledge of Nurse Call or Fire product

  • Full driving licence

  • DBS Clearance
