Service Administrator

Service Administrator

Our client is an established manufacturing and installation company and they are looking for a Service Administrator to join their busy team.

Duties Include:

  • Preparation/Submission of Customer Quotations in line with contractual requirements

  • Preparation of maintenance visit schedules, updating customer with visit dates additional works and updating asset registers on Call Management System

  • Preparation of maintenance paperwork for submission to engineers

  • Updating of Customer Websites in line with contractual requirements

  • Assisting with answering incoming calls to the service desk

  • Monitoring engineers paperwork to ensure FGas recorded accurately on SAP and where necessary customer websites

  • Assisting with service invoicing / back costing as required

You will be comfortable on the phone, have the ability to prioritise workloads and be adaptable to change.

£18k going up to £20k after probation
