Branch Manager

Brampton Recruitment are an independent Commercial Recruitment Agency who span Staffordshire & Cheshire.

We have an exciting role to join our Agency as Branch Manager.

Having been established for over 13 years, we are a well known and well respected agency within the area and expansion has created this role.

The office is a vibrant and busy office and we place great emphasis on team work and play to our strengths of quality and integrity.

This management role will also allow the individual to still be hands on within recruitment and will involve managing some clients and dealing with higher level roles.


The duties will include:



  • Managing the team which includes Accounts & Finance and Commercial teams as well as operational staff

  • Conducting monthly 121's with the team members

  • Providing guidance, support and identifying training needs within the team

  • Working a consultant desk for higher level roles

  • Servicing current clients

  • Conducting performance reviews and appraisals and dealing with internal recruitment

  • Growing the business whilst maintaining the level of quality and service


It would be great to see candidates who have the following experience:



  • Previous experience of managing a team within a Recruitment business

  • Proven consultant experience would also be ideal

  • Someone who has a great passion about quality and service

  • A good relationship builder

  • An organised individual who has strong time management skills

  • Someone who is comfortable working with targets and deadlines
