Registered Nurse (RGN / RMN)

You'll join a united team of nurses that understand that the most important things are compassion, warmth, empathy within a community that embraces every resident.

You must also be a hands-on nurse, someone who is capable of leading from the front and making independent decisions when required.

As well as being calm under pressure as there will be times when on the spot decisions will need to be made and we need someone who will be pro-active in spotting potential issues.






The Ideal Registered Nurse (RGN /RMN) candidate will have:



  • Person centred care approach

  • Ability to undertake stress whilst implementing the right attitude

  • Good Understanding of Medical Terms and Measurements with demonstrable experience of executing effective and accurate medication rounds

  • Ability to communicate effectively (Written and Verbal)

  • Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.


Responsibilities for the Registered Nurse (RGN /RMN) include:



  • Assess residents' health and well-being across a difficult and changing caseload

  • Assist in the delivery of care to meet individuals' health and well-being needs

  • Provide and receive sensitive or contentious information

  • Promote and develop best practice as a Registered Nurse

  • Assist in maintaining and developing robust and compliant services

  • Contribute to quality improvement

  • Promote people's equality, diversity and rights

  • Apply clinical reasoning skills to all scenarios.
