Performance and Development Coach

Following an exciting acquisition and continued growth ahead, we need a new Performance and Development Coach to join our team at our offices in Ewloe, near Chester.

Please be aware that our successful candidate must be flexible to travel with overnight stays, to Manchester, Glasgow and Ireland on a regular basis.

This role is offered on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.

As our new Performance and Development Coach, you would describe yourself as the kind of person that:



* Has significant experience in coaching and development


* Is highly motivated and pro-active


* Has an awareness of the emerging trends in Learning and Development and of coaching best practices


* Is highly credible and respected by key partners


* Has the ability to effectively prioritise workload and handle pressure, interruptions and multiple projects


* Can develop colleagues across multiple locations


Most importantly, you will have worked in the financial sector within a training and/or sales role both face to face and telephony based.

You will be a highly motivated and pro-active individual who has an exceptional track record for coaching and developing on a one to one basis as well as delivering skills-based training sessions.



Your New Role

Joining the White Oak team as our Performance and Development Coach, you will be responsible for coaching and developing on a one to one basis as well as delivering larger skills-based training sessions.

This important role will see you take responsibility for:



* Track monitor and evaluate all progress and achievements.


* Deliver onboarding training program for all new starts within the business.


* Leading by example and pro-actively offering on-going support to new and existing staff.


* Establishing effective working relationships with each department and understand how they work and how this feeds into the overall business operation.


* Continually searching for ways in which to further improve the development experience for the business.


* Ability to work to tight deadlines in a quickly changing business
