Get Recruited are currently supporting a leading office supplies company based in Stevenage who are seeking a telesales executive to join their expanding sales team.


As the Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential opportunities for new business.

You will be calling the prospects, offering a consultative approach before arranging for a senior salesperson to attend a face to face appointment.

THE ROLE:



  • Lead generation, identifying new opportunities for potential customer accounts

  • Making outbound calls to new and existing clients

  • Qualifying the lead, using a consultative approach

  • Setting appointments for the senior field agent to meet the prospect face to face

  • Maintaining accurate and complete records of activity on the CRM system

  • Managing a sales pipeline

  • Completing administrative duties as required


THE PERSON:



  • At least 6 months experience within a telesales / business development / account manager / telemarketing / customer service / telephone based role is essential

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Competitive and goal oriented

  • Self motivated with the ability to work well within a team

  • Strong computer skills
