Registered Manager (Independent Fostering Agency)

As the Registered Manager, you will be managing a well-thought of “Outstanding” Ofsted rated Fostering service for this Independent Fostering Agency and the Fostering Service covers the East Midlands.



You will need to have significant experience of being a successful and qualified manager within Fostering and ideally with another Independent Fostering Agency.

This is a full-time and office-based position.

Duties and Responsibilities for the Registered Manager:



  • Managing a small staffing team

  • Quality Assurance

  • Business Development

  • Budget Management

  • Training



Requirements of the Registered Manager:



  • A recognised Social Work qualification (Degree/Diploma)

  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

  • Significant experience of managing a Fostering team

  • Experience of working for an Independent Fostering Agency

  • An excellent knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and frameworks relevant to Children Social Care and Fostering



Location: Nottinghamshire



Salary scale: Up to £54,000 & benefits
