Order Processing Administrator - Part-Time
We are currently working with a leading manufacturer and distributor of luxury consumer goods.
Due to ongoing success, they are currently seeking a Part-Time Order Processing Administrator to join their team.
The Order Processing Administrator will be responsible for:
Processing order enquiries across all business brands
Allocation of forecasted stock
Management of official order tracker
Working closely with the Planning team to manage stock availability
Diary and task management using CRM and SAGE systems
Handling incoming calls that overflow into the department
Holiday cover for the contracts team
Build long term relationships with customers
Processing returns and credits for customers
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
Previous Customer Service experience
Excellent communication skills and confidence liaising at all levels
Self-motivated with a proactive approach
Excellent MS Office skills
Knowledge of Contracts/Bidding/Tenders would be advantageous
Order processing/stock experience

Hours for this role will be Wednesday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.
